Start at the inside of you eye and draw a thin line to the middle, then dip back in the liqued and then draw from the middle to the end of you eye. When i first started using this my hands use to shake like mad, but you soon get use to it. I find it is better if you apply to the top of you eye first because is u apply the bottom first you may smuge it. once this is done apply you mascara and your eyey will look sexy!
