5 Programs Which Come After Boot Camp Or Basic Training
There are five different programs that can take place after Boot Camp, or basic training, has been accomplished. They include the following: army coaching programs, navy training programs, coast guard education programs, marines training programs, and air force education programs.
Right after boot camp, or basic training, is finished, trainees from different fields active in the safety of a nation typically attend another program to improve their expertise and bring their skills to a greater level. These types of training programs are important in making trainees fully prepared, both physically and mentally, for real situations within the battlefield or other similar scenarios.
Military education programs
People who want to become soldiers should finish a basic training program which is composed of 9 weeks. Once they have completed this nine-week program, they will prepare for their Military Occupational Specialty by way of Advanced Individual Training. Soldiers who’re in the infantry may do their AIT on a single base where they completed their fundamental training course, while the otthers will go to several training locations.
Navy education programs
In the Navy, there are 8 weeks of General Recruit Training that recruits should complete prior to moving ahead to the skills training program. This skills training course is performed at what’s often known as Class “A” School. Nonetheless, before a trainee gets into the “A” School, he must first know his specialty. In case he’s having a difficult time determining which specialty to decide on, he could also register himself in some of the specialty area apprenticeship programs to obtain a better notion of what he really wants to pursue. Air Force education courses
Airmen, who have accomplished Basic Military Training for 8 and half weeks, would then get ready for their Air Force Specialty Code, that is organised at Technical Training Centers. Phase 1 takes place during the first couple of weeks, followed by phase two for the succeeding twenty days, and finally phase three, which goes from the 36th day until the final day of the program.

couple of questions about military base nightclubs, is the tap beer watered down? i was at camp geiger e-club.
and didnt feel a buzz off there tap beer. i never tried it but if a e-2 would try to enter a nco club will he be stopped at the door? is it possible for a e-3 and below to enter a nco club?
The answers about beer not containing as much alcohol is wrong. It may be so on some bases/posts., but every base i've been on is regular beer.. non-watered down
George W. Geiger of Greensburg (tribunereview)
George Winston Geiger, 77, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011,
in Greensburg Care Center, Hempfield Township. He was born Dec. 26, 1933, in
North Huntingdon, a son of the late George W. and Jane Stores Geiger. Prior to
retirement, he worked as a machine shop operator at Westinghouse Air Brake Co.
He attended Paintertown Lutheran Church and was a member of the Norwin Elks
and was a loyal Red Cross blood donor. George is survived by a son, George W.
Geiger and his wife, Kathy, of North Versailles; daughter, Deborah Rohrbacher
and her husband, Harry, of Greensburg; five grandchildren; four great-
grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Crabtree and Dorothy Clinebell, both of
Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was
preceded in death by his wife, Janet Koerber Geiger; and two sisters, Ethel
and Donna. There will be no visiting. A committal service with military honors
will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, with Pastor Mike Alsieri
officiating in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg. MASON-GELDER
